of the SM Stretching Studio


The Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Processing Policy, the Policy) is applied to all information regarding the Guest which the SM Stretching Studio (hereinafter referred to as the Studio, the Provider) and/or its affiliates may receive in relation to the contract for provision of physical training and sports services (hereinafter referred to as the Services) to the Guest entered into by the Provider and the Guest.

By agreeing with the terms and conditions of the contract under which the Provider provides the Services, the Guest gives his unreserved consent with this Policy and the personal data processing conditions specified herein.

1. The Guest's personal data processed by the Provider

1.1. For the purposes of this Policy, the Guest's personal data means the personal information which the Guests provides voluntarily in the course of entering into the contract with the Provider, which includes the Guest's personal information.

1.2. The Provider does not check correctness of the personal information provided by the Guest and is unable to evaluate his/her legal competence. But the Provider presumes that the Guest provides correct and sufficient personal information and keeps it up-to-date. The risk of any adverse consequences of the Guest's provision of incorrect or insufficient information is born by the Guest.

2. Purposes of the Guests' Personal Data Processing

2.1. The Provider collects and stores only that personal data which is required for the purposes of performance of the contract with the Guest, except for the cases when the law specifies mandatory storage of personal data within the period specified by law.

2.2. The Provider processes the Guest's personal data for the following purposes:

2.2.1. Identification of a party under the contract with the Provider;

2.2.2. Performance of the contract with the Guest;

2.2.3. Communication with the Guest including filing of notifications, requests and information related to performance of the contract as well as processing of applications by the Guest;

2.2.4. Enhancement of quality of services provided by the Provider and their convenience as well as development of new types of service;

2.2.5. Performance of promotional campaigns of the Provider, its partners and affiliates;

2.2.6. Statistical, sociological and other studies by the Provider, its partners and affiliates.

3. Conditions of Processing of the Guests' Personal Data and its Transfer to Third Parties

3.1. The Provider stores the Guests' personal data in accordance with internal regulations regarding particular services.

3.2. The Provider keeps confidentiality of the Guest's personal data.

3.3. The Provider is entitled to transfer the Guest's personal data to third parties in the following cases:

3.3.1. The Guest gave his/her consent for such actions;

3.3.2. The transfer is required for the purpose of performance of the contract with the Guest;

3.3.3. In case the Guest uses the wire payment service on the Provider's website. In this case, the Guest's personal data may be transferred to the payment service provider;

3.3.4. The transfer is specified in the legislation of the Russian Federation in accordance with applicable legal requirements;

3.3.5. For the purpose of defense of rights and legal interests of the Provider or third parties in cases when the Guest breaches the contract with the Provider, attachments to it or this Policy.

3.3.6. As a result of the Guest's personal data processing, the depersonalised statistical data is obtained and transferred to a third party for performance of studies, works or provision of services by order of the Provider.

3.4. In the course of the Guests' personal data processing, the Provider follows the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data".

4. Personal Data Altering and Removal. Mandatory Storage of Data

4.1. The Guest is entitled to alter (to refresh or to amend) the whole personal data provided or its part by providing the updated data to the Studio Administration.

4.2. The Guest is also entitled to request removal of the information provided by him/her under the terms and conditions of the contract in case of its termination.

4.3. The rights specified in clauses 4.1 and 4.2. herein may be limited in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. In particular, such limitations may specify the Provider's obligation to keep the information altered or removed by the Guest for the period specified by the legislation and to transfer such information to authorities in accordance with the procedure specified by law.

5. Measures for Protection of the Guest's Personal Data

5.1. The Provider takes all required and sufficient organisational and technical measures for protection of the Guest's personal data from unauthorised or random access, removal, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution as well as other unauthorised actions by third parties.

6. Privacy Policy Modification. Applicable Legislation.

6.1. The Provider is entitled to modify and amend this Privacy Policy. The new revision of the Policy is published on the website and/or on the information board of the Studio.

6.2. This Policy and relationship between the Guest and the Provider arising in connection with the Privacy Policy should be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

Provision of Services and Return of Money:

For the purpose of return of money, the Guest should apply to the Studio. The transferred money are returned to your bank account within 5–30 business days (the period depends on the Bank issued your bank card).

The services are provided at actual location of the fitness club.

Payment Process:

For payment (after entering your card details), you will be redirected to the PAO SBERBANK payment gate. Connection with the payment gate and data transfer are secured using SSL encryption protocol. In case your bank uses the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode technology of safe internet payments, you will also be required to enter a special code to make your payment.

Confidentiality of the provided personal data is provided by PAO SBERBANK. The entered information will not be provided to third parties except for the cases specified by the laws of the Russian Federation.
Payments using bank cards are performed in strict accordance with requirements of MIR, Visa Int. and MasterCard Europe Sprl. payment service providers.

Contract

Sole proprietor S.A. Mustafaeva (primary state registration number of sole proprietor (OGRNIP) 317774600412437), acting on the basis of the Certificate of State Registration of Legal Entity, hereinafter referred to as Studio SM Stretching (hereinafter the Studio), on the one hand, and the individual (hereinafter the Guest), on the other hand, hereinafter collectively referred to as the Parties, entered into this Contract as follows:

1. Terms and Definitions in this Contract.

1.1. Guest means an individual who completed and signed the Guest Registration Form and also paid for provision of the respective services hereunder.

1.2. Guest Registration Form (hereinafter the Form) means the document evidencing the Guest's informed consent with the Contract, the Visiting Rules, the Occupational Safety Rules, which form appendices hereto. By signing the Form, the Guest joins this Contract.

1.3. Services shall mean the Guest's entitlement to visit Ph.E. and sports sessions by types and programs (Appendix 3) held in groups, mini groups and as individual training sessions according to the Studio's timetable, including services of booking the Guest's participation in groups, services of administration of the Customer's application, issue of the pass and of the subscription.

1.4. Service hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; Sat and Sun, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

1.5. Service provision place: locatios of the Studio's gyms.

1.6. Coach means the person who delivers training sessions in the course of Service provision to the Guest.

2. Subject of the Contract

2.1. The Studio shall, upon terms and conditions hereof and according to the Rules making appendices hereto, provide to the Guest the Services, and the Guest shall pay for these Services.

2.2. This Contract is the accession contract, not a public contract. The Guest shall, by signing this Form and subject to payment, accept terms and conditions hereof, with all appendices, in full, and the Contract shall inure upon the Guest's signing of the Form.

2.2.1. The Studio shall be free to refuse to register the Form and to accept paymentaccording to the internal security regulations, but without explaining reasons. In this case, the Contract shall be deemed not having been concluded, and the Guest shall not be allowed to take part in the training sessions.

2.3. The Contract shall be effective during the Service Periods, according to Clause 2.4, or till the Contract termination upon agreement between the Parties or till the Contract unilateral termination at the initiative of either Party.

2.4. The Services shall be provided to the Guest upon payment for one Service option (subscription):

- Trial training session;

- One-off training session;

- 4, 8 or 12 training sessions;

- Unlimited 1-month subscription;

- Individual training session;

- 5 individual training sessions;

- 10 individual training sessions.

2.5. The subscription cost shall be determined by the Studio and communicated to the Guest.

2.6. The Guest shall pay for the Services at cost applicable on the payment date and by making payment agree with the applicable cost of the Service. As of the time of the Form signing, the Guest confirms the Guest has reviewed and agreed with the cost of Services as applicable on the Form signing date.

The date immediately following the training session or Subscription purchase date shall be the date starting from which the guest shall become entitled to use the Service (the Subscription activation).

The pass (Subscription) that evidences payment and is produced to the administrator during each visit to the Studio before the training session and that confirms the Guest's right to use the Services shall be issued to the Guest to confirm payment.

2.7. Payment under the Contract shall be effectuated before provision of Services as a prepayment paid for the Services to be provided to the Guest during the respective period.

2.8. If the Guest paid for the respective training sessions but did not use the Services and did not communicate that it repudiates the Contract, the Services shall be deemed to have been provided and the prepayment is not refunded. This is due to the Studio's costs incurred to provide the service of the place booking for the Guest in groups, of the Subscription Card issue and of preparation for the training sessions for the Guest that did not exercise the acquired right to received the Services.

2.9. If the Guest early repudiates this Contract after the prepayment was paid then the prepayment amount shall be refunded minus the cost of provided services (or the service period cost) but not less than 30% of the Service cost. The refund amount shall be calculated based on the following algorithm: S=(A-30%)*(B-C+D)/B, where S is the refund amount, А is the Service cost, B is the effective period of the Contract, without the use of the Freezing option; C is the period from the Service use commencement to the Contract termination; D is the used freezing period. Provided that gifts, bonuses, extensions and other options are not included in the calculation.

2.10. The Guest shall be free to make payment via SMStretching mobile application towards future purchases of training sessions and/or subscriptions (security deposit). Such money shall be refunded within 3 banking days after signing of the settlement reconciliation certificate. No interest shall be accrued on the security deposit.

2.11. All settlements hereunder shall be made in cash or by clearing in rubles.

3. Rights and obligations of the Parties.

3.1. The Studio shall:

3.1.1. Secure proper quality of the Services provided to the Guest according to the Studio's internal methods and standards and according to the training session timetable.

3.1.2. Procure for proper operation of the equipment and inventory used in provision of Services.

3.2. The Studio shall be entitled to unilaterally modify:

The training session timetable,

the coach stated in the timetable,

the cost of Services, provided that the change is carried out before payment for the Guest's Service.

3.3. The Guest shall:

3.3.1. Pay for the Services in the manner and upon the conditions hereof.

3.3.2. Not transfer the subscription card to third parties. The Guest's rights hereunder may not be transferred to third parties without the Studio's consent because the Guest's personality is important for the Studio.

3.3.3 Take care of the Studio's assets.

3.3.4. To avoid injuries, not use malfunctioning equipment and inventory and those, for which the use rules are unknown.

3.3.5. The Guest confirms that the Guest has not medical contraindications for training sessions in the selected program. Before the training sessions, the Guest shall undergo medical examination in order to determine if the training sessions may be carried out in the Studio's types and programs and to establish possible medical limitations.

The Guest shall undergo medical examination at least once a year and even more frequently if the Studio requires so.

3.3.6. The persons under 18 shall be allowed to training sessions with presentation of the parental written consent, with attachment of a parent's passport copies.

4. Liability of the Parties

4.1. The Guest shall be liable for damage caused to the Studio's assets in the amount of the cost of damaged and/or lost assets. Provided that the Studio shall be entitled to unilaterally offset the cost of non-provided Services paid by the Guest, towards repayment of the damage caused.

4.2. By signing the Form, the Guest shall confirm it agrees to entering into this Contract, is aware of and accepts the Visit Rules, and that the Guest has no contraindications of medical or other sort for sessions in the Studio's types and programs, that the Guest's fitness enables the Guest to visit training sessions in the above types and programs. The Guest shall independently bear all risks of the Guest's health deterioration in the course of Services or of injuries during training sessions.

4.3. No claims in connection with the Guest's health deterioration or incurred injuries shall be made against the Studio.

4.4. The Studio shall not be liable for the harm caused by the Guest's health deterioration if caused by an acute disease, exacerbation of an injury or a chronic disease and if health deterioration resulted from the violation of the equipment or inventory use rules.

4.5. The Studio shall not be liable for harm to the Guests health caused as a result of the Studio's guilty actions intended to cause harm to the Guest's health only.

4.6. The Studio shall not be liable for harm to the Guest's life and/or health resulting from

- the Guest's non-disclosure or disclosure of untrue information on his/her health status to the Studio;

- the Guest's acute or chronic disease, injury exacerbation;

- the Guest's deliberation;

- the Guest's incaution;

- the Guest's training according to his/her own program not agreed upon with the Studio's coach of the Studio itself.

- the Guest's breaching of the Visit Rules and/or the recommendations of the Studio's coaches and/or recommendations posted on the bulletin boards and/or warning, prohibitive tables in the premises and on the sites for sessions or on the equipment;

- third parties' actions;

- in other cases envisaged in Russian law.

4.7. The Studio shall not be liable for the harm to the Guest's health and/or assets caused by third parties' actions.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. The Studio shall be entitled to unilaterally repudiate this Contract provided that the cost of paid but not provided Service is refunded to the Guest.

5.2. The Studio shall be entitled to engage third parties in provision of Services.

5.3. The Visit Rules, the Occupational Safety Rules, and the Guest's Registration Form shal be attached hereto and make integral part hereof. By accepting this Contract, the Guest shall provide unconditional consent to provisions and conditions of the above Rules.

5.4. The Studio shall be free to amend and supplement these Rules and accept the Occupational Safety Rules. The Guest shall be deemed to have read the amendments and supplements to the Rules, a new version of the Rules, and the Occupational Safety Rules upon expiry of Five (5) calendar days from their approval, provided that their wording is posted by the Studio in bulletin boards and/or other media in the Studio and/or the Studio's website.

This Contract shall constitute the Accession Contract, is not a public contract.
The Guest shall accept the contract conditions by filling and signing the Guest's Registration Form.

Appendix 4

Rules on Visits of Physical Exercise and Sports Sessions

These Rules shall govern the relations between Sole Proprietor S.A. Mustafaeva (SM Stretching Studio, hereinafter the Studio), by coaches (instructors), the Studio's employees, the Studio's potential guests, the Studio's guests (hereinafter the Guest) when the Studio provides the physical exercise and sports sessions to Guests.

These Rules shall apply in places where Services are provided, namely, on equipped grounds and in the premises fitted up with special technical devices and intended for training sessions and performance of physical exercise under the Studio's program.

The Guest means an individual intending to go in for physical exercise, i.e. development of physical qualities, abilities (including skills), with the view to the type of his/her activities and social and demographic features, and also to maintain and strengthen health, to prevent diseases, to maintain high working ability.

The Visit Rules are binding on the Guests. The Studio shall be free to supplement and modify the Rules unilaterally, by posting a new version on the Studio's official website and/or on the Studio's information stands.

If they consent to these Visit Rules, the Guests or their legal representatives shall complete and sign the Guest's Registration Form (hereinafter the Form), which means their absolute consent to these Rules and the Service Contract for Physical Exercise and Sports Sessions.

The Guest shall be obliged to read and fulfill these Rules.

1. Studio's working hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, Sat and Sun, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm The Studio shall reserve the right to unilaterally modify the Studio's working hours and/or the hours when individual areas/ studios/ rooms are used.

The Studio's working hours are posted on information stands and/or other media in the Studio and/or the Studio's website at www.smstretching.ru and/or otherwise communicated to the Guest.

2. The Guest shall be free to use the Studio's premises and equipment during the Studio's working hours only. The Guest shall leave the Studio's premises before its closing hours.

3. When filling in the Form, the Guest shall provide the following personal data: surname, name and patronymic, registration address, identification document details, telephone, date of birth, email address and other information envisaged in the Form.

4. The cost and list of services provided by the Studio shall be determined at the rates established by the Studio and posted on the information stands and/or other media in the Studio and/or the Studio's website www.smstretching.ru and/or otherwise communicated to the Guest. The Studio shall be free to provide Services at special, lower, rates, in particular, by holding actions.

The Services shall be paid immediately prior or after their actual povision, to the cash desk or the settlement account of sole proprietor S.A. Mustafaeva

5. The Studio shall apply the following training session payment options:

1) payment for trial session, i.e. the initial training session were the program is introduced to the Guest;

2) payment per training session (one-off payment),

3) purchase of a subscription card, the right to receive the service during a certain period or the right to a certain number of training sessions.

Subscription card types:

Subscription card for 4,8, 12 training sessions. The subscription card effective period is 4 weeks from the date immediately following the payment date. Suspension of the subscription card expiry (hereinafter Freezing) is possible for subscription cards for 8 and 12 sessions for 1 to 7 days, with a notice at the Studio's telephone: +7(985)488-00-70 or in the social media (Vkontakte/Facebook/Instagram) and messengers (Telegram/Whatsapp/Viber) or to enable Freezing on its own in SMStretching mobile application;

an unlimited subscription card allows for not more than two training sessions per day on the basis of prior booking. The subscription card effective period is 4 weeks from the payment date. The subscription card expiry may be suspended for 1 to 6 days;

Subscription card for 10 individual training sessions. The subscription card is valid for 60 days. The subscription card expiry may be suspended for 1 to 6 days;

Discounted subscription cards.

The day immediately following the payment date shall be the subscription activation date.

If the Guest has 2 and more subscription cards, the activation period of each subsequent subscription card shall start on the day immediately following the previous subscription card expiry date.

The subscription card shall expire if the Guest has visited the paid number of sessions or upon its expiry.

The Studio shall be free to modify the subscription card types and features.

The subscription card cost shall be determined by sole proprietor S.A. Mustafaeva and communicated to the Guest via posting of information on the website and/or information stands in the Studio's premises. The Guest shall buy the subscription card at the applicable price on the date it is purchased, and by buying the subscription card the Guest agrees to its applicable cost.

The sessions and subscription cards shall be prepaid. If the Guest waives the services, the prepayment may be refunded according to the Contract conditions only.

The subscription card shall be produced to the administrator or the coach during each visit, prior to the training session, and evidences the right to visit the number of training sessions corresponding to the subscription card. If the subscription card is lost it is necessary to approach the Studio's administrator and obtain the subscription card duplicate for the unused sessions/ period.

6. During each visit to the Studio, the Guest shall produce the subscription card to the Studio's administrator or pay for a trial and one-off session. If there is no subscription card or document evidencing the prepaid trial or one-off session, the Guest may be admitted to sessions based on the identification document, with subsequent insertion of the visit note on the subscription card.

7. The Guest shall come to the session at least 10 minutes prior to its beginning. If the customer is more than 5 minutes late for the session, the Studio's administration is free not to allow the Guest to visit the session, and the training session is deemed to have been visited by the Guest.

The subscription card holders have no right to tranfer them to third parties in use. The services shall be provided under these documents to the Guest, in whose name this subscription card was issued, only. In case of unauthorized transfer of the subscription card, this document may be withdrawn, and its effect, suspended.

8. The Studio shall account for the services provided to the Guest via the internal recording system. In case of dispute, the data of the Studio's record system shall be sufficient proof of volume and cost of provided services.

9. The key shall be provided and the common cabinet for personal belongings shall be provided in use to the Guest for the period of stay in the Studio's premises. The Studio shall not be responsible for the Guest's belongins, including those left unattended in the cabinet for personal belongings. After the session, the Guet shall return the key to the administrator. RUB 500 penalty is envisaged for key loss or non-return.

10. During the event, the Studio may limit the areas to be used by Guests.

11. The timetable of sessions shall be posted on the Studio's website, www.smstretching.ru and in the Studio's premise. The Studio shall be free to amend the applicable Timetable and replace the Studio's stated employee.

The prior booking to the session with the Studio's administrator, either personally or by phone, shall be mandatory.

The Guest shall be entitled to cancel the booking to the session at least 8 hours prior to the session beginning. Otherwise, the session is deemed to have been visited, and the amount paid for such session is not refunded. If the Guest did not pay for the session the Guest is obliged to make such payment within 2 days fro the session cancellation. If the Guest has a subscription card, such session shall be stricken off from the subscription card. In case of an unlimited subscription card, one day shall be sticken off from its effective period.

11.1. If an individual session is cancelled for the first time less than 8 hours prior to the session, the Guest shall pay 50% of the session price within 2 days after its cancellation.

11.2. If an individual session is cancelled for the second and subsequent timees less than 8 hours prior to the session, the Guest shall pay 100% of the session price within 2 days after its cancellation.

11.3. If a one-off session is cancelled for the first time less than 8 hours prior to the session, the Guest shall pay 50% of the session price within 2 days after its cancellation.

11.4. If a one-off session is cancelled for the second and subsequent times less than 8 hours prior to the session, the Guest shall pay 100% of the session price within 2 days after its cancellation.

11.5. In case the Guest is 5 minutes or more behind the scheduled time of the training session, the Studio does not allow him/her to start the session for his/her own safety as the mandatory warm-up activities are performed during the first 15 minutes of the training session. Such session, for which the Guest was late and was not admitted, shall be counted as having been visited.

12. The Guests shall comply with the following requirements:

12.1. be attentive and move thoroughly in cloakrooms and other premises of the Studio, to use special changeable, clean, stable and non-sliding footwear;

12.2. comply with the personal and general hygienic rules, keep the Studio's premises clean;

12.3. not leave personal belongings unattended;

12.4. treat each other, the Studio's employees, third parties, the Guests', Studio's and third parties' assets carefully and respectfully.

13. The Guests shall not:

13.1. Consume food in places intended for sessions, in recreation areas and cloak rooms of the Studio.

13.2. Use glass or other breakable dishes for beverages or for food consumption in all of the Studio's areas Plastic or paper glasses and/or other plastic/ paper containers shall only be used.

13.3. Smoke and/or stay in the Studio's premises in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or toxic inebriation in the Studio's premises.

13.4. Bring and keep hazardous substances and objects in the Studio's premises: explosives, explosion means and items filled with them, compressed and liquefied gases, flammable liquids, flammable solid substances, oxidizing substances and organic peroxides, toxic substances, radioactive matter, caustic and corroding substances, poisonous and toxic substances, armaments.

13.5. Use obscene language in communication and in telephone conversations in the Studio's premises, speak loudly, disrespectfully and/or aggressively, do anything disturbing others.

13.6. Lease own inventory for storage in the Studio's premises without prior agreement and the consent of the Studio's administrator.

13.7. Change the temperature mode, illumination level, the direction of TV panels and volume of sound accompaniment on one's own.

13.8. Use the Studio's musical and other equipment on its own, in particular, switch on and/or dismantle audio, video and other works using/ applying any media and/or equipment in the Studio's premises. The Studio shall reserve the exclusive right to select the works broadcast in the Studio as well as their broadcast procedure.

13.9. Use strong smelling perfumes, lubricants and other cosmetic products and agents spoiling or contaminating the Studio's equipment, premise and interior.

13.10. Transfer the subscription card to Guests or third parties.

13.11. Stay in the technical premises and premises intended for the Studio's employees.

13.12. Post inscriptions, announcements, promo materials, conduct surveys or carry out advertising, marketing, consultation and other activities, in particular, business activities, in the Studio's premises on its own.

13.13. Collect and/or disseminate by any methods any personal data, information on the Guests' and the Studio employees' personal life.

13.14. Conduct video and photo shooting in the Studio's premises without the written permission of the Studio's administrator.

13.15. Bring and use electric appliances in the Studio's premises.

14. For loss of subscription card, keys to the box for storage of personal belongings, the Guest shall pay the respective fee in the amount established by the Studio, namely, Five hundred (500) rubles for each lost card /key.

15. The belongings left by the Guests, if they were found in the Studio's premises, shall be kept for two (2) weeks after their discovery only. The Studio shall not be responsible for lost belongings and those left unattended.

16. If the Guest, when receiving the Studio's property, did not make any claims, this property shall be deemed to have been received in a proper state.

17. The Studio shall not be responsible for vehicles left on the Studio's adjacent territory.

18. The Studio shall not be liable for the harm to the Guest's assets caused by third parties' actions.

19. The Studio shall not be liable for technical inconveniences caused by seasonal preventive work and/or repairs by municipal institutions, agencies, utilities and operation services and shall not pay and/or provide any compensation to the Guest.

20. In case of emergencies and/or force majeure events occurring other than through the Studio's fault, the Studio may unilaterally reduce the scope of and procedure for provision of Services, without payment and/or provision of any compensation to the Guests.

21. The Studio shall be entitled to unilaterally modify the Contract conditions in case of reconstruction, repairs of the building or the Studio's premises, and also if the Studio is closed for any circumstances beyond its control.

22. If the Guest breaches the Rules, the Studio shall reserve the right to revise the Contract, in particular, to refuse to provide Services in connection with the Guest's refusal to fulfill the Rules, information tables posted in the Studio, instructions and recommendations of the Studio's employees.

23. Any information (in particular: surname, name, patronymic, date of birth, addresses, telephone, information on work and the procedure for visits/ use of the Studio's services, etc.) on Guests and on the Studio's employees sall be confidential and not to be disclosed by the Studio, the Studio's employees, Guests to third parties, unless otherwise envisaged in Russian applicable law.

24. Amendments/ supplements to the Rules and the use by the Studio of the rights envisaged in the Rules/ the Contract shall not give rise for any compensations to Guests.

25. These Rules make integral part hereof.

Safety Precautions

General Provisions




  1. These rules are developed by the Studio in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and are mandatory for all visitors and guests of the Studio (hereinafter referred to as the Guest).
  2. The purpose of these rules is to reduce impact of adverse factors during practice, mitigation of their possible adverse consequences (including traumatism) and increase of practice benefits and efficiency.
  3. The practice in the Studio can only be started after getting familiar with these Safety Precautions and briefing by the Studio coaches.
  4. The requirements of these rules are applied to all training, hygienic, administrative and other areas of the Studio. All Guests should follow them including during single visits. Apart of the specific requirements of safety rules specified in this document during their visit, the Guests should always follow the safety rules for public areas and crowded areas, the rules of fire and anti-terrorism safety as well as common behaviour rules.
  5. Representatives of underage visitors bear personal responsibility for and should provide compliance with the Studio Rules and these Safety Precautions by such visitors.
  6. In case the Guest is 5 minutes or more behind the scheduled time of the training session, the Studio does not allow him/her to start the session for his/her own safety as the mandatory warm-up activities are performed during the first 15 minutes of the training session. Such session which the Guest is late for but is not allowed to is considered visited.
Preparation to the Session




  1. You can wear only sports clothes during the training session. Choose the sports clothes in accordance with your anthropometric characteristics and with consideration of micro-climate during the session as well as own (individual) perception of the ambient temperature.
  2. It is strictly prohibited to wear outdoor footwear, outer garments, swimming clothes and flip-flops during training.
  3. Do not wear perfume, cremes, etc. with strong scent before training as it can bother other visitors and even cause health problems for some people during the training process due to accelerated breathing.
  4. If you are feeling bad, immediately address the coach or some other employee of the Studio. In case of health problems before the training, it should be postponed.
  5. General warm-up activities in the beginning of the training session will prepare the body to further physical activities. As far as possible, all sets of muscles, ligaments, joints as well as organs and systems which will be used during the session should be warmed-up.
  6. Lack of warming-up or insufficient warming-up before the session as well as too intensive warming-up may increase the trauma danger and make adverse impact on health.
Rules of Behaviour During the Session




  1. During the group or individual training, it's necessary to follow the recommendations and instructions by the coach;
  2. All exercises should be made only during expiration;
  3. All muscles should be relaxed during exercises;
  4. Control the exercise technique;
  5. It's not allowed to make sudden movements during exercises;
  6. During stretcher exercises, it's not allowed to make snatches;
  7. It's absolutely not allowed to suddenly bend knees while stretching (in all postures!);
  8. You should immediately inform your coach in case of cable-pull machine failure or if you feel that your body is unstable during an exercise;
  9. It's mandatory to inform the coach of any pain sensation;
  10. During the practice, knees should be supported by soft surfaces, there is all equipment required for it in the hall (pillows and mats).
Final Provisions




  1. Safety precautions should be followed by all Guests of the Studio.
  2. The Studio does not bear any responsibility for any adverse consequences caused by the Guest's failure to comply with the Safety Precautions or with the equipment operation manuals.


Guideline for Use of the Gift Card


  1. The gift card is a confirmation of the advance payment which grants its owner the right to purchase any services for amount equal to the nominal price of the gift card in accordance with the stock and under conditions provided by the studio.
  2. The gift card is not subject to be returned or exchanged for money.
  3. The activation period of the gift card is 30 days since the day of purchase. If the card is not activated within this period, it becomes invalid.
  4. For activation, the gift card should be exchanged for the membership certificate at the front desk of the studio.
  5. You may order the gift cards with fixed nominal price by telephone and pick them up from the studio by yourself.
  6. The number of Gift cards which can be purchased at once is not limited.
  7. If the cost of the purchase is higher than the card balance/nominal price, you can repay the required sum by cash, credit card or another Gift Card.
  8. If the purchase cost is lower than the card balance/nominal card, the remaining sum will be lost.
  9. The gift cards are not personalised.
In case of theft or loss, the gift cards are not replaced.
